Research Interests

Howdy! I graduated from Texas A&M Univeristy in 2017 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Genetics. Data analysis in the wet lab has inspired me to take the plunge into bioinformatics as it is the future for making personalized medicine and predictive health more applicable, accessible, and standardized for every day healthcare. I am interested in using computational methods to fine map causal variants and eQTLs responsible for altered gene expression associated with autoimmune disease.
